Extra Conveniences

To provide the best event experience, all of the following extras are provided to clients and guests of the Friday Conference Center. Simply inquire with your event specialist during planning for further details or assistance.

Registration Space

Registration space will be assigned to your group by our team. We will provide tables, chairs, and easels. Please make requests for registration space well in advance of your program.

Day Offices

A complimentary day office may be reserved in advance by groups with 75 or more participants. Other groups may reserve day offices for a nominal fee. These rooms have a table, chairs, a phone, and computer hookups.

Deliveries

Support equipment and materials may be delivered to the Friday Conference Center no more than seven days in advance of your program and unloaded at the building’s loading dock. Please coordinate storage and delivery needs with your event specialist. Specific labeling instructions will be provided to ensure proper delivery.

Business Center

We have a business center with copier and fax machine services available for a fee. Our receptionist can assist you with these services. Our fax number is 919-962-2061.

Parking and Transportation

Free parking for meeting participants is provided in a 540-space lot adjacent to the building. If you require assistance with any special transportation, please let us know well in advance, and we will be happy to arrange.

Hotel Accommodations

When booking accommodations, we encourage you to inquire with nearby hotels about special Friday Conference Center or University of North Carolina rates they may offer visitors.

The Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau is also happy to provide assistance with hotel accommodations and transportation. You can contact them at 919-968-2060.
